Local organic walls not just bread. Out clay walls are built from clay dug on site and straw from the same local wheat we bake with.
When bricked in means rejuvenation. We partially deconstructed a massive two story warehouse to create Five Points Bakery’s home. This wall, once the front wall of that behemoth, is now a south facing garden wall on one of our patios.
We heard you. We still have 8 hard wired Ethernet ports for additional security and speed but there is now WiFi at Five Points Bakery.

There is something truly magical about Five Points Bakery. It’s indescribable, but when the sun is shining and I’m picking the first ripe figs, I feel it. It’s something that is surprising to be growing at all, but through hard work, careful planning, love and devotion it thrives. It is a reflection of my life as a person, my neighborhood and my city. Nothing is impossible, and while they last, you can taste that magic in our fresh figs, served with local goat cheese, wildflower honey and whole grain toast.
Buffalo’s first grass parking lot! While it won’t be ready for traffic until the grass gets fully established in a month or so, we couldn’t resist sharing once it started to sprout. With a 6-8” base of compacted sand and stone, topped with a topsoil filled reinforced grid, this 100% permeable grass parking lot is a first in Buffalo. We hope that as we continue to pioneer green alternatives made possible by Buffalo’s Green Code, that others will follow. If you are thinking of doing something similar, I highly recommend Truegrid. They were great to work with and have the strongest 100% permeable grid.
Edit: Sold out! Crazy cookie liquidation. A large order of several hundred cookies was a mistake so come help us out. I don’t want to have to eat them all.
After a few year hiatus we are back with the second generation of Five Points, Hetta and Esther Gardner working the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market. It’s great to be back. See you next Saturday.

We have finally opened our patio, and uncovered our fig tree to celebrate the belated but glorious arrival of spring. Enjoy the sun today wherever you are I know the fig will.
Five Points Bakery is UNCHAINED! The chain blocking off the upstairs is gone. We are fundraising to open the upstairs and backyard for seating and special events. Happy Holidays from everyone at Five Points. We are open Saturday and Sunday 9-3 and closed Monday, Christmas Day.
Five Points cinnamon rolls are a Christmas morning tradition. It’s the best smelling, healthiest and easiest breakfast that can be eaten while gifts are unwrapped. Buy them baked and iced, baked with icing on the side, or unbaked. Either way, the smell of cinnamon and the sweet soft whole wheat dough are our gift to you this holiday.
Down to the last drop! After pouring out the last of a gallon of the best local half and half, we let the empty container rest for a while. Then we pour out the very last which was coating the inside of the container previously. That’s a bonus gallon every year!
